Common Questions
- How often should I get a facial?
- Every four to six weeks is the sweet spot — that matches your skin's natural renewal cycle. If you're treating acne, congestion or pigmentation, we may start closer together for the first few visits and then space you out on a maintenance plan.
- How long should my hair be before a wax?
- About a quarter inch, roughly two to three weeks of growth. Shorter than that and the wax can't grip; much longer and the service is more uncomfortable. Skip shaving between appointments so we can keep you on a smooth four-week rhythm.
- Does waxing hurt, and how do I prep?
- There's a quick sting, but hard wax on sensitive areas makes it very manageable. Exfoliate gently a day or two before, arrive clean and dry, avoid caffeine and retinoids for 24 hours, and consider an over-the-counter pain reliever 30 minutes prior if you're sensitive.
