- Is a facial or wax safe if I'm pregnant or on acne medication?
- Pregnancy-safe facials and most waxing are absolutely fine — we simply adjust products and avoid certain actives. If you're on Accutane, tretinoin or another prescription retinoid, waxing is off the table until you've been off it for six months, so let me know at booking.
- What's your cancellation and late policy?
- Please give 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Later than that or a no-show holds 50% of the service. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean a shortened treatment so the next guest still starts on time.
