How to prepare
- Pause retinoids, glycolic and salicylic acids for 3–5 days before your appointment.
- Skip waxing, laser or injectables in the two weeks prior.
- Arrive with clean skin if you can — no need for makeup.
- Tell us about Accutane, tretinoin, pregnancy or recent sun exposure at booking.
Aftercare
- Wear SPF 30+ daily; freshly exfoliated skin burns fast in Phoenix sun.
- Skip hot yoga, saunas and heavy workouts for 24 hours.
- Hold off on retinoids and acids for 3–5 days.
